Our client is seeking to hire a Controller due to growth!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the month-end and year-end close process
Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Participate in the development of and support the company's strategic plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA
8+ years of experience; at least 2+ in public accounting
