About the Job:
Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries from applicants, examinees, and other stakeholders.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of services and policies, integrating departmental policies and feedback from audits into daily operations.
Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose errors on various applications while working collaboratively within a team.
Establish rapport and maintain professionalism while articulating client needs and explaining complex business rules clearly.
Utilize tools and resources effectively to provide accurate responses, mitigate complaints, and refer unresolved grievances appropriately.
Document all inquiries, conduct thorough research, and follow up on requests as necessary, contributing to the development and refinement of service resources.
About You:
2+ years of call center experience
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Ability to type 40+ WPM and proficiency in MS Suite is required.
Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
About the Position:
Pays $19/hr
Potential for early raises!
Temporary for 9 months
Potential for the assignment to extend.
