Supervise and mentor Accounts Payable Specialists.
Provide professional and timely internal and external "customer" service.
Ensure accurate use of cost centers, general ledger accounts, etc.
Maintain Accounts Payable process documentation.
Weekly review of AP aging/unmatched report.
Own vendor maintenance within accounting software.
Support AP Specialists as needed with invoice processing, check-runs, purchase order/invoice variances, past due balances, etc.
Elevate issues to Accounting Manager when appropriate.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience supervising a team and rolling up your sleeves.
