Job Description:

Service Specialist position provides excellent customer service and is responsible for taking care of all clients print, copy, and office service needs. Supply management experience a plus.

Responsibilities


  • Process work as requested through the digital job submission system, received via email or in-person

  • Print, scan, copy and bind projects as requested

  • Restock supplies and paper as needed in copy machines

  • Comply with confidentiality policy and maintain documents in a secure area

  • Assist with basic maintenance of office hardware as needed and notify appropriate personnel regarding any advanced maintenance that needs to be scheduled

  • Quality check all work and escalate issues to Manager

Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Great customer service skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer skills and experience working with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Walking, bending, kneeling, standing and sitting for extended period of time

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The Compensation range for this role is 16.75 to 20.94 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
