We are currently seeking a well-qualified candidate for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant (EA), located in our Endicott, NY facility. Reporting to the General Manager, the EA performs a wide range of high-level administrative services and executive support functions including scheduling, maintaining files, coordinating travel, ordering supplies, reconciling expenditures, completing analyses, and preparing reports and presentations. The EA may also support requests from the global AIPC Leadership staff. Amphenol is a results driven company that allows its employees a large degree of freedom to achieve pre-defined goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company Assist in organizing the GM's calendar, arrange meetings, and provide logistics support Assist the global AIPC Leadership staff with travel arrangements Assist in preparing and managing internal communications, documents, and presentations Manage some marketing activities on social media/company website Plan and execute company-wide activities and events Be responsive to emails/text/phone calls with some contact outside of normal business hours Represent AIPC in a positive light through great responsiveness and sound judgment QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of EA experience Very responsive and highly organized Master multi-tasker; able to be flexible and accommodate last minute requests Experience in managing international travel/visas preferred Results-driven mindset, with an interest in creating and/or improving systems and processes preferred Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Acute attention to detail with an analytical mindset Very responsive and highly organized Amphenol offers a competitive salary and benefits.
