Position Overview

The e-commerce inside sales role is responsible for assisting customers across various online platforms in which The Andersons sells nutrient products direct to homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Field all customer service volume, emails, chats, order inquiries to enable successful customer experience


• Support e-commerce regulatory work and issues as they arise, working with turf team


• Support management in monitoring of Amazon account, identifying and addressing issues as they arise


• Assist in the processing of monthly invoices


• Develop and maintain reporting relating to sales, marketing and other related functions

What is expected of you and others at this level

• Has general awareness of business, financials, products/services and the market


• Complexity is limited (territory/account, products/services or sales process)


• Has very limited authority and opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms


• Relies on manager to provide planning and manage resources

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred or required


• 1-3 years' relevant experience required


• Must have a valid Driver's License


• Must be able to drive for the company according to the Company's Vehicle Safety and Driver Qualification Policy
