Your Key Responsibilities

Schaeffler Group USA Cheraw, SC is seeking Co-op Students for Summer 2024 semester.

• Provide technical support for manufacturing plant in either production technology, industrial engineering, digitalization, MPL or quality.
• Participate in tasks key to specific area of discipline related to the field of study in one of the above depts.
• Manage projects that may include areas of efficiency, six sigma and lean concepts.
• Analyze data, perform time studies, process improvements, production planning and assist in other projects and duties to support the department.

Your Qualifications

• Enrolled at an accredited institution pursuing a degree in one of the following areas pertaining to the individual departments above: B.S. Industrial Engineering, B.S. Mechanical Engineering, B.S. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or B.S. Business Administration.
• Computer literate with MS Office to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Must be in Sophomore year or higher to quality for Co-op role.
