Job Description:

Location: Woodstock, VA

Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
A growing food company located near Woodstock, VA is currently searching for a Plant Manager.


In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed


Salary range for this position is $120-140k plus 20% bonus


Qualifications & Requirements:


-8+ years' experience in Prepared Meat Food Manufacturing


-5+ years experience as a Production Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager


-Strong experience in Protein Conversion REQUIRED


-Flexible to work with all shifts as needed


-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others


-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
