Our team of healthcare professionals positively impacts the health, well-being and quality of life for those we serve providing comprehensive, integrated, affordable healthcare and education to patients. We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.

The Community-Based Behavioral Health Manager is responsible for oversight of Master's level behavioral health staff providing direct care to youth involved in Amoskeag Health's community-based programming such as Adolescent Preventive Services and Community Schools programs. The Community-Based Behavioral Health Manager ensures Behavioral Health Clinicians provide interventions that enhance the overall physical, emotional, and educational well-being of program participants, as well as provide opportunities for participants to build strong and meaningful connections with their families, schools, and communities.
