POSITION SUMMARY

The Landscape Crew Foreman will perform full scope landscaping maintenance task on large property. Previous experience required and ability to operate typical landscape maintenance equipment preferred, but training considered for hardworking individuals with wiliness to learn.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Landscape Crew Foreman:

• Complete all daily assigned property maintenance duties per supervisor in a timely manner.


• Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.


• Installation of new landscaping, plant and sod installation.


• Perform basic troubleshooting techniques.


• Report to supervisors the status of systems, property, equipment.


• Weekly mowing and edging on assigned properties, including; hardscapes and beds, weeding and watering of all flower beds and turf.


• Correct and timely application of fertilizers and pest control as appropriate.


• Ensure safe operation of tools/equipment by completing basic level preventative maintenance on equipment.


• Correctly and safely operate tools/equipment required to perform duties

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education/Credentials

• high school diploma or GED

Experience

This position requires at least one year of experience in landscape maintenance.
