Foster Family Agency Social Worker (PART-TIME position/hybrid)

Under the supervision of the Foster Family and Adoption Program Director, this position provides support services to foster children and resource families.

A passion for working with children and familiesThe ability to work collaboratively with resource parents and community partners to meet the needs of foster childrenCapacity to be flexible as a community-based social worker to meet with clients in their homesThe ability to be self-directed and to work as part of a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsA commitment to embody TLCs mission and valuesA Masters degree in a social science related field (MSW preferred) or a BA in a related field with experience in the field of child welfareCA drivers license and capacity to use own vehicle for company travel is required (mileage compensation provided)
