Role Overview: This internship position primarily reports to the Marketing department but collaborates closely with Procurement. The intern will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and recommending a comprehensive uniform and promotional product solution. From inception to conclusion, the intern will spearhead negotiations and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for selecting a consolidated supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify organizational needs by engaging with stakeholders from various departments.Develop and implement processes, procedures, and training modules.Drive negotiations and manage the RFP process for selecting uniform and promotional product suppliers.Provide recommendations on uniform selection for a diverse group of individuals.Present findings and vendor recommendations at the end of the internship.
