What you will do

The Technical Leader, Technology & Architecture will be a key member of the Technology & Architecture Team for Connected Services, reporting to the Director, Technology & Architecture - Connected Services.  In this position, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join a newly created business unit and shape solutions for the fast-evolving low voltage space.

How you will do it


  • Key member of Connected Services Technology and Architecture Team driving technical and architectural decisions on our Connected solutions.

  • Collaborate and drive the technical execution for IoT/AI Platform based. Work closely with the Senior IoT Architect and Director, ML/AI in all aspects of data, Machine Learning and advanced analytics solutions

  • Leverage deep technology innovation, and design expertise to align with company objectives and timelines.

  • Design and develop complex Internet of Things (IoT) systems and automotive sensors integrations, hardware decisions, data processing, harmonization, signal detection, alert propagation, and recommendation architecture and algorithm that can analyze multi-modalities data in real-time and further classify/detect specific data points based on pattern recognition.

  • Champion agile methodologies to deliver high-quality IoT solutions with rapid deployment.

  • Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments.

  • Remove roadblocks for team works.

  • Leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.

  • Mentor and develop team members.

  • Participate in design, architecture review along with developers for implementing Big Data and cloud data warehouse solutions.

What we look for


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a comparable degree

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience to include a solid knowledge and 5 years of design and implementation experience with sensor data integration, edge computing, Wireless/RF architecture, product development, cloud computing, streaming data processing, and analytics architecture development in automotive.

  • Hands-on expertise in enterprise technology streaming data processing and analytics applications architecture, design, development, and support. Azure is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

  • Ability to work closely with customers and communicate in non-technical language.

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
