Compensation: $64,893.30/Annually

To accomplish the evaluation goals of the CCBHC Expansion Grant and illuminate our understanding of the performance of Compass as a CCBHO.

Responsibilities Include:

* Will serve as the responsible party for collection, management, analysis, and reporting of client and project performance data
* Facilitate communication among the stakeholders regarding GPRA requirements and other reporting mechanisms required by SAMHSA for the CCBHC expansion grant process - including those by the Missouri Department of Mental Health
* Will ensure timely reporting and adherence to data collection protocols - both internal and external requirements of CCBHC program
* Will facilitate communication related to evaluation efforts (data collection, reporting requirements, and other assigned initiatives) between Compass Health, the Missouri Department of Mental Health and SAMHSA Federal Project Officer
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA and security of protected health information collected during the project
* Will work under supervision of the Executive Director-Compass Health Research Institute, and provide collaborative supervision to CCBHC Grant Evaluation Research Coordinator(s) and other data collectors/managers
* Will contribute to publications and presentations flowing from evaluation research projects, as appropriate, and contribute to CCBHC research center of excellence efforts
* Will travel in state for data collection/evaluation activities and occasional CCBHC trainings, and potential national travel for meetings and conference presentations
* Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

* Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
* Completes performance development/AIM process
* Time card management - manages time sheets
* Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

* Bachelor's degree (with extensive relevant experience) required
* Master's or Doctorate degree in behavioral, social or biological science preferred

QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

* A minimum of two (2) years' experience with data collection in health or behavioral health field preferred
* Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting process and outcome data preferred
* Experience in grants and/or grants management preferred
