We are seeking a dedicated CNA Instructor who is a licensed LVN in the state of CA to join our healthcare team. As the CNA Instructor you willserve as the primary instructor for the Nurse Assistant Training Program for both theory and clinical training. Responsibilities:

• Present well prepared facilitative classroom lectures and activities consistent with the course syllabus.


• Facilitate student success in meeting or surpassing course objectives contained in the syllabus.


• Promote the development and effective use of skills in areas such as critical and analytical thinking, evaluation, communication, computation, problem solving and decision-making.


• Continually evaluate student preparation and assessments.


• Provide students with timely academic information and feedback.


• Assist management with driving retention rates.


• Complete associated administrative functions within established time frames


• Maintain professional integrity

Job Requirements

• LVN/RN certification or license required


• Experience with Medical Terminology, all Patient Vitals, Patient Chart, and all medical clinical skills


• Prior adult instructional experience is preferred, but not required


• Highly organized and detail oriented


• Excellent communication skills


• Consistently display the highest levels of integrity
