**Requirements:**
Proven experience as an office magician or administrative assistant (wand-waving skills optional)
Mastery in the mystical arts of office management systems and procedures
Exceptional communication skills, both magical incantations and regular speech
Ability to multitask like a true sorcerer, without losing focus on the bigger picture
Proficiency in conjuring documents and spreadsheets with the MS Office suite
High school diploma or equivalent (certification from the Academy of Magic a plus)
