- Accurate data entry for payroll and labor compliance documentation.


- Organization and management of project folders.


- Coordination of apprentices, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship ratios.


- Collection and follow-up on subcontractor labor compliance documents.


- Participation in project progress meetings as required.


- Processing of Apprenticeship Trust Fund payments.


- Management of payroll data within insurance portal systems.


- Maintenance and confidentiality of employee records.


- Collaboration with the Employee Incentive Program Team.


- Assistance with various HR documents and programs.


- Management of Drug and Alcohol Program (with provided training).


- Distribution of preliminary information forms upon request.


- Execution of miscellaneous administrative and accounting tasks.


Qualifications:


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication technologies.


- Maintenance of filing, record-keeping, and tracking systems.


- Discretion in handling confidential company and employee information.


- Competency in basic arithmetic for report preparation.


- An accounting background is preferred


- Bachelor's degree preferred
