Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud IVR Tester. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX, Addison, TX, or Pennington, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of experience Testing in Contact Center domain
• Must have experience in Manual & Automation Testing using Cyara in Genesys cloud / Engage IVR applications.
• Testing Experience using Cyara application to execute & develop automation scripts.
• Testing Experience in all phases of the test cycle in CC domain, including Integration/System Testing, Regression Testing, • User Acceptance Testing
• Testing Experience in Saleforce/Service now integrations with Genesys Cloud / Engage
• Ability to quickly learn GDF/Google GCAI chatbots and voice bots Testing in integration with Genesys cloud / Engage for call routing to agents.
• Experience in JIRA
• Expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Tracking and Reporting. Experience of logging the bugs on QC and Jira.
• Proficient in preparing Test plan strategy documents, business testing document and ensure Quality assurance on project deliverables.
• Good customer interfacing skills and ability to collaboratively work with different stakeholders in IT and Business
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
