Warehouse Direct is looking for an energetic Entry Level Telemarketer/List Scrubber to join our team! You will be responsible for out-bound calls to customers, ensuring our customer database has accurate information. This position will allow you to provide exceptional service to our customers and complete accurate follow-up documentation. Job Responsibilities

• Successfully obtain and record customer information such as name, address, and number of employees, and enter data into computers effectively using company tools and systems.
• Effectively adjust scrubbing scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Continually explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Ensure that qualified prospects are properly placed in queue to correctly set appointments.
• Cooperatively performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Qualifications:

• Experience- 0-3 Years
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior Telemarketing preferred
• Clear and pleasant telephone manner
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other electronic devices
• Correctable vision and hearing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods
