As an Enterprise Solution Specialist III, you need to have exposure to system functionality and business process knowledge about SAP S/4 and integration of SAP with different business applications. Your functional skills will be further enhanced in future because we highly encourage our team member to cross function to different business enterprise functions such as Sales Distributions, Production Planning, Purchasing, Inventory and Quality Management, Finance, Environment, Health and Safety Management and Portal.
You will work closely with the technical team (programmer, SAP basis) and business IT from all around the globe (Asia, Europe, America) on SAP project implementation, process design and solutioning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible for the design, implementation, deployment, and enhancement of SAP Solutions to achieve defined business goals.

  • Full understanding of business process requirements with the ability to identify process or system gaps and appropriate resolutions.

  • Have strong functional and/or system configuration knowledge in order to design solutions to fulfill business requirements with related functional and development teams

  • Collaborate with a group of individuals involved in the development, support, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and installing of business applications programs.

  • Drive the business requirements gathering process and perform gap analysis via conducting workshops, assessing operational processes and analyzing how the requirements can be implemented within SAP Delivery functional design documentation, test plans, and coordinate User Acceptance Trainings (UATs) with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

  • Ability to prepare mapping spec for inbound or outbound messages to SAP or Shopfloor System integration.

  • Design and implement interfaces to external systems.

  • Present proposed solutions to the Design Review Committee (DRC) for approval.

  • Provide functional advice and assistance to other IT teams as necessary

  • Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the project/department personnel.

  • Ensure successful delivery of SAP module configurations.

  • Educate stakeholders and drive the usage of SAP Standard solutions instead of custom development, where possible.

  • Working with SAP developers to implement custom code solutions when necessary.

  • Deliver SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements or extensions of existing SAP application.

  • Work in cross-functional and cross-application teams to achieve optimal designs while matching business requirements.

  • Perform support of system including assisting with installations at plant sites, providing support to current users, monitoring the system, and troubleshooting issues.

  • Provide training and support for all plants including coordination with other plants and installation teams.

  • Participate in development and rollout of new functionality.

  • Assist in the development of guidelines, checklists, procedures, and training documentation.

  • Ensure all project are scheduled, planned to achieve the right balances of roadmap/strategic developments, and necessary ongoing enhancement to maintain the integrity of the application/infrastructure.

  • Ensure project communication is effective with all parties.

  • Exchange knowledge and information with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the Jabil organization

  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal to Jabil or customer specific

  • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form

  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to the IT systems

  • Understand and embrace business and IT strategic direction

  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by the supervisor.

  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
     

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or Management Information Systems, or closely related or equipvalent field, or foreign equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of work experiences in SAP Application Software implementation within the manufacturing industry. Experience to include: 5 years of experience configuring SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, working on B2B EDI integration for internal and external, developing and delivering solution proposals or related written communications to internal or external customers.

  • Have knowledge in SAP Handling unit management, SAP Serialization, Loftware output, BTO (Build-to-Order)/CTO (Configure-to-Order)processes and SAP variant configuration will be added advantages.

  • · Have knowledge on SAP CTO Business process & Handling Unit management will be added advantages.
