Primary Responsibilities and Expectations

• Follow all safety rules and procedures.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Proper and safe forklift operation.


• Ability to become an Authorized LOTO (Lock0out/Tag-out) employee following all procedures.


• Operate and clean out grinder including blower.


• Accurately complete all paperwork as required by ISO, GMP, HACCP.


• Participate in monthly inventory counts.


• Keeping scrap areas sorted and orderly.


• Operate Cardboard bailer.


• Hook up and operate the railcar unloader.


• Operate dock plates and locks.


• Properly load/unload products from trucks/trailers.


• Acceptable attendance.

Qualifications/Physical Demands

• High School diploma or equivalent.


• Ability to lift/move 25 lbs.
