This transformation role supports a 24-month resilience program, which aims to improve supply chain resilience by creating an E2E digital twin.
The E2E Visibility tool is an essential element of the Mars Wrigley Resilience strategy, bringing transparency to the supply chain from farm to customer warehouse. The tool helps the business identify vulnerabilities, rapidly test disruption scenarios and prioritize contingency planning activities based on data and analytics insights
The Functional Expert BCP & N-Tier data will manage two pivotal parts of the program: the business continuity plans and N-Tier discovery.
This role has a strong potential to transition into a permanent Mars role prior to the conclusion of the transformation period, where appropriate.
What are we looking for?
University degree in engineering or business / economics / finance / supply chain or similar.
Experience in the areas of strategic procurement, supply chain or manufacturing a plus; experience in Digital, or data and system-related roles a plus
Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organization; able to facilitate teamwork across corporate boundaries.
Advanced data and systems skills
Standing alone with the ability to challenge the status quo
Fluent in English

What will be your key responsibilities?
The Functional Expert BCP & N-Tier data has primary accountability for the N-Tier discovery process and the business continuity plans related to the E2E visibility program.
Leads N-Tier discovery process: Prioritizes categories for N-Tier, collects in-house information on N-Tier, conducts discovery/refreshes with External Partner, validates the information with the category managers and aligns with data scientist to upload results into the DT.
Manages business continuity plan process: Identifies high-risk scenarios from Digital Twin/Stress Test & prioritizes GRDs, runs cross-functional workshops, defines and prioritizes mitigation actions, reviews actions with owners and monitors their execution.
Risk Reporting: Reports overall stress test results, conducts ad-hoc impact analysis of events / other risk signals and handover to relevant stakeholders, tracks and reports on all risks identified and feeds into respective trackers.
Supports regional managers on identifying business priorities and new use cases.
