As a Workplace Strategy Consulting Analyst within Cushman & Wakefield's Total Workplace Consulting organization, you will collaborate with senior team members throughout the consulting process for a range of clients across all commercial real estate types. Analysts are responsible for providing conceptual test-fit design, analytical support, and market research to support real estate strategy engagements. Our ideal candidate will work out of a local Cushman & Wakefield office in Dallas or Houston, TX.
Responsibilities:
Create high-level space concept plans and adjacency diagrams
Develop space programs that can be leveraged for test fits and architecture planning
Synthesize output gained from floor plans, occupancy data, technology assumptions, and surveys for client recommendations
Participate in benchmarking exercises, collecting data across projects to aggregate around key metrics
Assisting team members, use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Bluebeam, AutoCAD and other applicable presentation tools to prepare, organize and demonstrate recommended models for client presentations
Attend client presentations to assist and support senior team members
Build effective client relationships to help the team meet or exceed client needs
Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data for inclusion into client briefings, presentations, and reports
Assist senior team members in the research and development of white papers and industry reports
Assist in tool and product development to enable efficient client delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Space Planning or related field preferred
2+ years consulting and/or industry experience in commercial real estate experience preferred
Experience with Revit, or similar space modeling software technology
Develop designs using computer-assisted design/drafting (e.g., Revit and CAD) equipment and software
Strong knowledge and proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of other data analytics software (Alteryx, PowerBI, ESRI) a plus, but not required (training provided for those interested in expanding skill sets)
Effective communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge
Flexibility with work hours and travel, as needed. Travel estimated up to 25% but can vary due to client needs.
