Your Role

• Interact and consult with clients on Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), cybersecurity best practices for OT environments , perform cyber assessments, writing plans, policies and procedures, developing cyber programs, and performing tabletop exercises.
• Mentor and lead internal OT design and integration staff on OT cyber best practices.
• Assist in business development and proposal writing.
• Lead OT risk assessments, and other engagement related duties in accordance with government / industry regulations, standards.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities in OT infrastructure.
• Review policies and procedures for assurance and continuous improvement of security controls.
• Develop Cybersecurity OT Program Policies and Procedures.
• Develop and maintain Incident Response Plans, Disaster Recovery Plan and Business Continuity Plans for both IT and OT cybersecurity incidents.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats and technologies to continuously enhance security measures.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years' experience in OT cybersecurity roles
• Proven experience identifying, measuring, and mitigating network and cybersecurity risk in a variety of mission-critical network environments in critical infrastructure sectors.
• CISSP certification, or ability to obtain required.
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Cyber Forensics Professional (CCFP), Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are highly desirable .
• Experience with risk-based security engineering.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management processes
• Ability to write/review policies, procedures, and IR, DR,BC plans based on security controls for an ICS environment.
• Experience with Incident Response Planning development and Operational Technology desired.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISA 62443, ISO 27001)
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform work with the DOD.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
