Compensation Range

Hourly: $20.45 - $23.80 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job



The main purpose of this job is to process Alternative Assets through Commerce Trust.



Essential Functions



  • Identify areas of efficiency/automation within daily processes/procedures to ensure a scalable solution for client


  • Cross train on appropriate functions within the securities processing area to assist during periods of high volume and absence


  • Receive and process statements related to Alternative Assets held within Trust client accounts but not limited to processing cash movement on Capital Calls, Distributions, and new account purchases


  • Balance end of month statements to Trust accounts and making appropriate adjustments on the accounting system


  • Perform other duties, including special projects, as needed

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook





Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required


  • 3+ years finance or investment management experience preferred
