Job Description:

Description: Our Pharmaceutical client is currently seeking a Associate Director, Trade who would be responsible for executing Trade strategy and management of distribution channel relationships and activities in assigned accounts.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned):

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned specialty distributors, specialty pharmacies, infusion providers, GPOs, & IDNs.
• Negotiate distribution agreements with specialty distributors
• Liaise with Market Access, Patient Services, and field teams to overcome any product availability challenges and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Monitor channel partners to ensure proper performance and inventory to optimize access to therapy
• Support the development of channel strategies, distribution channel design, and selection of vendors for future products, including cold chain and cryogenic therapies

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in contract negotiation
• Strong understanding of the U.S. distribution and reimbursement system

Education and/ or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience
• Previous Trade experience
