This Application Development Manager role offers the opportunity to champion Agile methodology, Azure DevOps, and web-based applications, all while working in a vibrant and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Pave the way for a team of software developers in the creation and maintenance of cutting-edge software applications.

  • Implement Agile methodologies across the team to ensure efficient project management and foster a culture of collaboration.

  • Leverage Azure DevOps for strategic planning, tracking, and successful execution of software development projects.

  • Guarantee the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications that meet our high standards.

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and devise innovative software solutions to meet those needs.

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to continually elevate their technical skills.

  • Modernize large applications, manage resource allocation, and prioritize projects effectively.

  • Train and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.

Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and React. 1-3 years of experience with Angular.

  • Demonstrable experience with MVC architecture.

  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL and database management.

  • Experience in developing and deploying both server-based and cloud-based applications.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a software development manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
