2+ years of office & administrative support experience
At least 1 year of experience in the legal industry is preferred
Proficient in data entry and MS Office
Personable and engaging communication skills, ability to work with a variety of personalities
Very strong communication skills (written & verbal)
High School Diploma required, Degree is a plus
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task with an eye for detail, have a great team-oriented attitude, and be willing to learn and adapt to firm procedures and policies. You will be supporting various attorneys with the intake process and documentation.
Responsibilities include:
Handle incoming phone calls and gather information from clients
Scheduling and calendar management
Document management and review
Administrative support to the attorneys
Request medical records
Prepare basic legal documents
Data entry
Prepare written correspondences
