Purpose of the Role: Executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, reviews and validates the inputs from the process executives, supports the Team Lead in training, daily reviews and escalation resolution with the objective to meet SLA targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Work with customers in finding solutions to order management problems

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 12-18 months with working knowledge on the process
Preferred Qualifications:
Fully bilingual (Spanish and English
Strong communication skills and a team player
Good organizational - ability to prioritize and do problem solving
