Manager, Perfect Store

The Manager, Perfect Store will be responsible for collaborating with Customer Development to bring the Perfect Store to life at our customers.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Perfect Store and is based in Skillman, NJ., Rogers, AR., or one of Kenvue's regional offices.

Role reports to: Senior Manager, Perfect Store

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 25

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $97,000 to $166,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Manager, Perfect Store is responsible for collaborating across the organization to bring the Perfect Store to life across both the on and offline retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our customer teams to assure that Perfect Store is embedded into the business planning process and everyday activities and executions.
• Partner with Kenvue's Retail Broker partners at select customers to optimize our retail coverage plans across the marketplace.
• Collaborate with the Perfect Store team to provide Voice of Customer internally to shape and influence squad business plans.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required. Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years prior experience in consumer package goods.
• Prior experience in direct customer sales, business analytics, and/or retailer broker relationship management.
• Ability to influence decision-makers up and down two or more levels, with and without direct authority, to influence a fully aligned customer/company business plan.
• Demonstrate effective communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor skills and presentation style to a variety of key decision makers.
• Ability to develop and oversee the execution of project plans and to implement, execute and draw conclusions from a variety of customer, shopper, and category studies.
• Ability to prioritize and to lead multiple priorities successfully.
• Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with National Customers.
• Ability to successfully negotiate internally and externally to align competing needs at high levels across dotted line relationships.
• Up to 25% travel required.
