What you will enjoy doing*


  • You will manage the implementation of the Quality Management systems, and ensuring the Quality(Q) & Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policy, strategy and objectives as well as the legal and regulatory requirements are complied with

  • Further, you will oversee and manage the maintenance, supervision, evaluation and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) (as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001Management Systems)

  • In this role you will work alongside Senior Management and Function / Department Managers to develop strategic plans, standards, processes and procedures to improve business processes and comply with regulatory requirements which sets precedents on the quality management systems of the company

  • You will provide Q & HSE leadership and guidance to Quality staff of other LEA Regional Execution Centers, as well as the respective responsible Global Process Owners and Process Owners. Communicates regularly with Head of QHSE LEA and staff at Linde Engineering Munich (LEM)

  • You also will collaborate with external parties like certification bodies, training and third-party service providers for any quality specific company's requirements with support/direction from the Director QM or other Sr. Managers across the different disciplines

  • Additionally, you will work alongside managers from other departments to provide the quality trainings of the employees, provide guidance for creating the process maps/procedures for the departments, facilitate the timely review/revision of the existing processes/documentation based on the internal/external feedback

  • You will monitors Quality key performance indicators, develops procedures, and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external customer requirements to recommend, develop, leverage and/or improve quality processes and procedures. products or services

  • Also, you will provide support to for conducting the "Management Reviews" and provide regular updates to Director QM on the status of the IMS

  • In this role, you will conduct internal audits as per the IMS, both at LEA offices and construction sites and ensure that the findings are effectively closed and communicated

  • You will monitor the implementation of the Non-Conformity process and facilitate / conduct Root Cause Analysis for identifying process improvement

  • You also will facilitate Lesson Learned Process and ensure that the findings / learnings are closed in timely manner and communicated to the stakeholders

  • Further, you will provide Quality guidance to projects in the development and implementation of the Project Quality Plans for complex assignments within or across functional areas

  • Overseeing and managing the process for Corrective Action and Lessons Learned, ensure that it is effective and provides value to the organization is part of this role

  • You will ensure Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and initiatives are implemented and managed effectively and develops conclusion from the analyses and applies results

  • Lastly, you will acts as QMS expert for colleagues with less experience providing coaching and guidance


What makes you great


  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience as it is preferred

  • You are preferred if you have Fifteen (15) years of experience in relevant engineering or quality assurance, and in the energy field - oil, gas and petrochemicals, or industrial gases industry

  • You are preferred if you have Three (3) years of experience in implementing & maintaining the Quality / Integrated (QHSE) Management Systems

  • You are a trained Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (preferred)

  • You have effective computer skills eg proficient with Microsoft Office 365

  • Good interpersonal skills; excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills are important for this role

  • In addition, you promote innovation, develop and coach people; strive for excellence and customer oriented

  • Further, you need to demonstrate high energy, trustworthiness and be goal oriented
