What you will enjoy doing*


  • You will manage a team of 15-20 personnel consisting of Project Management, Systems Engineering & Components, Commissioning, Finance, and Proposals to execute a $50-100 million USD portfolio

  • Supervise the team's work to assure timely, efficient, and technically correct completion of the deliverables, advising management and clients of deviations from planned schedule and cost

  • Team management to include staffing, training, critical goals, mid-year and full year performance reviews, career development, succession planning, promotions, merits. Etc

  • Development and oversight of internal standards, work instructions, quality processes, tools, and procedures to support high quality products and efficient work output

  • Proposal management to include documentation, cost engineering, and collaboration with clients to generate timely, cost effective, and competitive solutions, typically, 50-80 proposals are submitted per calendar year

  • Development of and adherence to yearly Department budgets and quarterly forecast updates

  • Assurethat all work is performed in compliance with applicable Laws, Codes,Specifications and Contract Requirements


What makes you great


  • BS or MS degree in Engineering or related discipline

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Project Management, Proposal Management, Cost Engineering, and Project Controls, with 5 to 10 years in engineering

  • Experience working collaboratively with internal and external clients on proposals and projects
    PMP Certification

  • Workingknowledge of the design of Turbomachinery & Systems preferred

  • Travel up to 25%
