About this role:
TheSection 508 Compliance Expert will detect and remediate all Section 508 issues and publish fully compliant documents such as PDF, MS Office, etc. Will support an active team to maintain and improve Section 508 Compliance and overall accessibility of a high traffic, high visibility products.

Position Responsibilities:
Perform Section 508 compliance testing on documents, surveys, and forms residing on premise or in the Cloud (i.e., SaaS) that focus on WCAG 2.2 standard compliance metrics and reporting.Responsible for supporting the advancement of the Section 508 compliance and accessibility.Participate in planning sessions with clients and team members in order to ensure that planned work includes necessary compliance and accessibility standards where appropriate.Assist in facilitating Section 508 training to include how to create 508 compliant documents (e.g., Word, PDF, PowerPoint, etc.) and compliant content.Assist in developing educational resources such as tutorials and presentations in support of outreach and training activities for the Enterprise.Present or assist in presenting information about accessibility topics in various settings including, but not limited to, small briefings, seminars, symposiums, hands-on training, one-on-one situations, etc.Participate in planning sessions with clients and team members in order to ensure that planned work includes necessary compliance and accessibility standards where appropriate.
