Job Description:

Responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining automated machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues that may arise during the operation of the equipment. Ensure that the equipment is running efficiently and that all production targets are met.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience operating automated machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose minor equipment issues
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to climb up and down stairs and ladder throughout shift (when needed)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment

  • Operate and monitor automated machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as cleaning and lubrication
  • Troubleshoot minor issues that may arise during equipment operation
  • Diagnose and correct equipment faults, working with maintenance personnel as needed
  • Ensure equipment is running efficiently and at optimal performance levels
  • Meet production targets by monitoring and adjusting equipment settings
  • Maintain accurate production and equipment maintenance records
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and departments
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
