Responsibilities

Forget all the boring sales jobs you’ve had before.  With Edge, you’ll be empowered to work autonomously, solve real problems, and be a true superstar in your community. In addition to representing our company at trade association meetings and conferences to promote our products and services, you’ll be encouraged to think creatively to generate sales from the leads generated by our call center as well as generate leads yourself. All this will grow your commissions to uncapped limits – all in an exciting and fun environment.

• Professional training to become a successful Residential Sales Representative--no experience required!  Earn $2000 per biweekly pay period during an initial training period.


• Competitive base compensation starts at $40,000 to $65,000 annually with uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities;

Qualifications

• Minimum age is 18


• Preferred applicants will have at least one year of service sales experience and excellent communication skills


• High School Diploma/GED required

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Working Environment:

• Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment


• Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training


• Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
