Our client, a world-renowned law firm, is in need of a direct-hire Executive Assistant to support their busy Chairman. You'll liaise with external stakeholders, manage a very busy calendar, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision. With your exceptional organizational skills and dedication to customer service, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment. About the Job:


  • Serve as the point of contact for all clients, guests, and incoming inquiries, directly communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

  • Research, prioritize, and address any issues presented to the Chairman, maintaining confidentiality and providing recommendations.

  • Manage an ever-changing calendar, masterfully piecing together internal and external meetings, travels, and events.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports.

  • Collaborate with other members of leadership in support of departmental or firm-wide initiatives.

  • Prepare event and meeting materials, presentations, and agendas, as well as handling logistics including catering, meeting space set-up, and tracking attendance.

About You:

  • 2+ years of C-suite executive support experience in a corporate or professional services environment.

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and customer service oriented demeanor.

  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to anticipate needs and problem solve.

About the Position:

  • $85K-$100K, depending on experience.

  • Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite in the DC office.
