You'll be part of one of the biggest Heavy Civil Contractors in the US.
Responsibilities:
Oversee duties involving heavy highway construction activities, including structures, earthwork/dirt, concrete, and utilities.
Manage skilled craftspeople on exciting and challenging construction projects.
Work closely with project management while championing safety, fiscal responsibility, productivity, and quality.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in heavy civil / roadway construction.
Skills:
Strong understanding of heavy highway construction processes.
Ability to lead and coordinate construction teams.
Proficiency in ensuring safety compliance and quality standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
