Job Description

The primary focus of the Graphic Designer is to conceptualize, create, and deliver visually impactful creative assets for mediums including print, out-of-home and digital. You will ensure brand consistency across mediums - contributing to the strategic goals of the Marketing Department while supporting requests from Ent teams outside of the Marketing Department to ensure a unified brand experience. With a spirit of outcomes over output, you will use available data and insights to design solutions that are intuitive, impactful, and delightful. This role works closely with members of the Product Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams as well as cross-functionally with the Experience Team to deliver a cohesive brand experience across consumer-facing touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will interpret creative briefs and design creative assets that effectively enable the following: Marketing brand awareness. Lead generation. Sales promotional efforts. Effective market positioning for each product/service. Compliance with brand objectives and standards. Service to Ent members. Increases in market share, deposit, and loan goals. This position requires proficient creative and technical competency and the candidate should have practiced experience in Adobe Creative Cloud products, design principles, and User Interface (UI) best practices.

Essential Functions


  • Concept, design and proof creative assets for marketing campaigns, product initiatives, events and member-facing requests.

  • Support digital design strategy for Ent. com and Marketing Automation, using in-depth knowledge of User Interface (UI) best practices while championing brand affinity.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams outside of Marketing - including freelancers, creative agencies, and the Experience Team - to ensure a cohesive brand experience across touch points.

  • Optimize the creative production process for efficiencies to include templates, checklists and guidelines while ensuring brand consistency.

  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position


  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.

  • 4+ years' of Graphic Arts experience in advertising production, including print and online products, or other related experience.


Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:


  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other commonly used graphic arts programs.

  • Highly proficienct in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

  • Demonstrated ability to design print and digital creative assets based on creative briefs within brand guidelines (Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a wide variety of design executions).

  • Organized with attention to detail.

  • Communicator skills (both oral and written).

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, balance competing priorities.

  • Takes initiative and is proactive in determining what needs to be done.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines.

  • Customer service skills (Internal and External).

  • Successful completion of any Adobe Certified Associate programs (Preferred)

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is: $26 to $33 per Hour (S14)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.

This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
