The Customer Relations Special Product Investigations (SPI) Administrator will be responsible for processing, data entry and distribution of SPI cases, which involves handling highly sensitive safety-related customer claims and internal escalations. The Administrator will thoroughly review and investigate various inquiries and claims to determine their suitability for processing under the SPI protocol. The Administrator will aptly assign SPI cases to team representatives to ensure that sensitive customer issues are dealt with promptly and accurately.

The role will maintaining comprehensive files, forms, processes and perform necessary accounting tasks such as check requests and vehicle reacquisitions. They will monitor active requests and expedite when necessary to mitigate negative exposure for the BMW Group while upholding customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Additionally, the role will collaborate with the Legal and Engineering departments to review vehicle and case dispositions, coordinate repairs, and support with various reporting tasks.

The Special Product Investigations team strives to investigate and resolve claims in a fair and expeditious manner and the Customer Relations SPI Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the process and team.

The pay range for this role is: $53,303.00 - $62,482.00

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

• Dealer Automotive/ After-sales experience or 2-4 years customer relations automotive experience.

• Experience in Sales Force or equivalent CRM database.
