Job Description:

We're looking for a Supply Training Specialist who will lead the development and implementation of supply capability programs.

What are we looking for?

• High School or Equivalent Diploma

• Proficiency through formal training, vocational or technical education, or considerable work experience


• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices.


• Relevant experience gained through a combination of job-related training/education and considerable work experience.


• Ability to complete work with a limited degree of supervision.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develop, plan, and implement a training strategy to manage, motivate, and support the training department in providing high-quality work products.


• Digital implementation for onboarding and training


• Lead the implementation of capability programs to sustain functional knowledge and behavior within the entire supply organization.


• Design, plan, execute, and monitor supply chain activities to create net value, build a competitive infrastructure, and leverage worldwide logistics.


• Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.


• Onboarding new hires and track data analysis through associate surveys
