DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tampa, Florida, is seeking to hire Commercial Technicians/Installers. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, with experience troubleshooting and have good customer service skills. Employees will be trained by industry experts to install and/or repair roll up doors also known as dock doors. 
 


If you have any experience in Construction, as a General Laborer, Service technician, Field Service Technician, Installer, Carpenter, Mechanic, Machinist, Operator, Repairman, Assembly worker, Assembly technician, or any skilled trade, you may find this opportunity to be a great fit for your career! 


Job Responsibilities:



  • Install and/or repair roll up doors also known as dock doors.

  • Service, repair, install, and perform maintenance requests on commercial door products and door hardware.

  • You will successfully identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.

  • Employees will be responsible for tracking and maintaining job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner.

  • You will always operate in safety conscious manner while performing job duties.


Job Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous construction or relevant experience ideal, however, we are willing to train! 

  • Welding experience a plus, but not required 

  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Good Mechanical aptitude.

  • Must be able to safely lift up to 70 pounds

  • Must have valid Drivers License and good driving record
