As a Research Chemist , you will be working on the development of aerospace sealants and adhesives products to meet various customer specification requirements. In this position, you will be responsible for the design, formulation, and testing of the products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Independently designs, plans, conducts experiments and analyzes results. Generates reliable data.


• Resolves technical challenges and drives breakthroughs through scientific and statistical methodologies.


• Contributes to Intellectual Property and legal discussions with knowledge of the intellectual property landscape.


• Effectively communicates within the work team and provides clear and concise documentation of technical results.


• Collaborates with platform and marketing to define solutions for customers and propose new products.


• Collaborates with other functions to facilitate the implementation of products.


• In compliance with all the company and site policies and regulations.


• Works in a safe manner. Follows site EHS policies and maintains clean and safe lab space.

Qualifications :

• A Ph. D in Organic or Polymer Chemistry, Material Science is required.


• Relevant experience in the field of sealants, adhesives, composites, or coatings is preferred.


• Being passionate about and desire of career development in science and technology.


• Capable of leading technical projects and taking responsibility for assigning tasks and meeting deadlines.


• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.


• Collaboration skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented, global environment.


• Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.


• Strong work ethic; highly engaged. Being open-minded and responsive to feedback.


• Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$105,000 based upon experience.
