Job Description:

The Dealer Development Manager will ensure Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has a strategically developed retail network across the United States, Canada and Latin America, offering ultra luxury retail experiences in the areas of sales, service, and facility representation. You will be responsible for recommending changes to senior management, ensure network development processes are consistent with RRMC and BMW Group standards. You will be responsible for innovating and adaptations of the retail network to meet evolving customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures for the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars retail network for operational and brand concepts.

  • Develop consistent policies and application of RRMC Limited and BMW NA Network strategy through active communications with the BMW NA Network Development and RRMC Limited. Maintaining the integrity of the RRMC Brand within the BMW Group in North America.

  • Define and implement Dealer Primary Market Areas (PMA).

  • Foremost expert on registration data content and contract, responsible to provide insights and guidance to department head.

  • Ensure Rolls-Royce Motor Cars America's strategic targets are appropriately communicated to Dealer Council, documented and communicated to all regional personnel and all dealers.

  • Define and implement Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Sales & Service standards with current state of business and ensure that standards are properly executed within the network and direct evaluation program to monitor results and status.

  • Enhance data analytics and Tableau reporting of registration data, census track data, RRMC's CRM System (Salesforce) and dealer customer tagged pipeline, leads and overall performance by dealer.

  • Must be able effectively persuade Rolls-Royce Motor Cars executive management and EB on recommended solutions.

  • Advise the RRMC NA EB on any / all decisions relating to dealer and network development, profitability, and performance.

The pay range for this role is: $114,067.00 - $142,318.00.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years automotive experience

  • 5+ years Network Dealer Development experience

  • 5+ years Direct Dealer Contact Experience, additional experience in either Ownership Services (Aftersales), Sales, Service or CPO.

  • Demonstrated experience and skills with planning, staffing, budgeting, organizing, controlling and communicating are paramount, and required.

  • The ability to understand and analyze retailer financial statements and to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse organizations and individuals toward profitability objectives is critical for this position.

  • The ability to read and understand design plans for facility projects. Must possess knowledge of construction types, building codes, etc. Must possess deep understanding of design/building process for new constructions and renovations. Creativity to develop design intents quickly and conclusively is preferred.

  • Established approach to decision-making and problem-solving, has a highly developed sense of urgency

  • Ability to manage multiple projects of a complex scope
