Stay inspired by joining the stunning Conrad hotel located in the heart of urban DC as an Accounting Generalist! This role will be focused on our Food and Beverage outlets and their functions.

This stylish and sophisticated Forbes 4-Star hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets . This includes a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, mini bar and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time

• Shift: Days - must have availability to work weekdays, occasional weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As an Accounting Analyst , your role would involve a range of responsibilities to ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability:

• Provides department staff with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining calendars, mail, correspondence, BEO's, meetings and records.
• Coordinate and implement department activities and projects, as assigned.
• May assist in servicing clients.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations within Food and Beverage
• Processing Payroll and tips according to state, federal and local laws
• Processing Opening/Closing financial reports from each outlet
• Scheduling team members according to forecasts
• Working with outlet management to solve any discrepancies
