This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set and gain hands-on experience. As a technical writing Intern, you will be responsible for:


  • Reviewing, re-writing, and organizing Word documents for a knowledge sharing tool.

  • Gathering details and working collaboratively with members of the Head Quarters Service Team to compose the information into a pre-defined template for reference.

  • You are able to convey technical concepts, procedures, and data in a clear and concise manner.

  • Rewriting entries to be easily digestible to translate complex technical information into useful and easy-to-understand for.



This position may suit you best if you're familiar with the following and would like to develop your skills with Siemens Healthineers:


  • You will be driving documentation (trouble-shooting guide) for our latest technology.

  • Understanding of the basics in science and technology is a plus.

  • You possess excellent writing skills, show team orientation, and effective communication skills.



Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program majoring in English, Technical Writing, Sciences, Quantitative, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant documentation tools.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
