As an Analyst, Information Security, you’ll work within the multiple towers of the Information Security team to create and deploy simulated scenarios based on real-life phish. It is the mission of our team to transform information security requirements into enticing training for our employees and to protect the company against the breach of protected information. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Create, develop and deploy security training material


• Planning and managing training rollout out


• Troubleshooting end-user issues


• Creating and deploying monthly communications and quarterly newsletters


• Creating and deploying global screensavers


• Managing training completion metrics / follow-up process for new hires


• Enhancing and managing our awareness program (through Workplace and onsite technology capabilities)


• Hosting onsite security awareness sessions (some travel may be required).


• Creating and managing phishing campaigns and associated training


• Manage and monitor white hat phishing campaign remediation


• Work with various teams to identify training gaps and bridge those gaps as needed


• Project coordination as needed

What you need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience


• 1 year of experience in information security, marketing or management

It’d be great if you also have:

• Professional certification in the information security field, e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)


• SIEM / Data Manipulation


• Strong computer skills and familiarity with administrative processes


• Understanding of information security, IT systems and networking concepts


• Strong data analysis skills, including querying and reporting


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with people in remote locations


• Strong project management skills with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates
