Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:


  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Provide compassionate care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

  • Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.

  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.

  • Help residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.


Requirements:

  • Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or subacute unit preferred, but not required.
