What to expect:

Create and lead activities for patients, engage patients in meaningful programs, work as a team with the Activities Department.

Successful Candidates:

• Must possess, at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.


• Experience in post acute or skilled nursing a plus!


• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as a Colorado CAPS background check


• COVID vaccine required or valid exemption
