Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Accounting Analyst to join our team. As a Sales/Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth and profitability. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients.


Responsibilities:


- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.


- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and goals.


- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.


- Assist in the development of pricing strategies and proposals.


- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and resolving any issues or concerns.


- Work with accounting team to research customer chargebacks and file claims according to customer specific guidelines.


- Provide training and support to sales representatives on sales tools, processes, and systems.


- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.


Experience:


- Previous experience in sales analysis and reporting is preferred.


- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationship.


- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies


- Other duties as assigned
