Job Description:

HAYS Recruitment has partnered with one of the largest privately owned Real Estate firms in NYC. This firm owns and operates over 3.8MM square feet of residential space along with 9.5MM+ square feet of commercial space.


This is an exclusive senior leadership opportunity to oversee the entirety of the company's residential facilities operations, which consist of 2400+ units across 15+ buildings. The Vice President of Facilities will have a team of 5 direct reports consisting of 4 Regional Facilities Managers and an Admin.
